Foundation

Geodetic and geological survey of the site is the starting point for the design of the structure and gives an objective assessment of soil strength. The conclusions of these studies become the basis for calculating the size and characteristics of the foundation.

Assembly of walls

Each beam is made to a clear size, numbered and assembled according to the project. Before laying the beam is treated with antiseptic, the intercrown sealant keeps within. Elements of fastening of a bar (nails, hairpins, plates) are established.

Roof installation

The load-bearing rafter system, floor beams, insulation materials and the main roof material are installed. The rafter system is the "foundation" of any sloping roof. The aesthetic appearance, as well as the reliability and durability of the entire structure depend on the installation technique of this system. A number of requirements must be strictly adhered to when installing the rafter system. The main of these requirements is the rigidity of each part, light weight of the structure and high quality of the material.

External finishing of a beam

Grinding and painting of a beam. Exterior finishing of a house made of glued beams will decorate the facade and protect the natural material from the harmful effects of environmental factors and mechanical influences. You can choose the material to your liking. It can be varnish or paint, transparent or such that fundamentally changes the color of the beam and changes the appearance of the building.

Installation of windows, doors and interior finishing works

Windows and doors must be installed correctly for long-term operation of the structure. It is equally important to lay a set of engineering systems, they will provide uninterrupted water supply, efficient ventilation, safe heating.
