The Only Production in Ukraine: Beyond the Standards

The main feature of this large-scale residential complex is the use of massive glued wall logs with record-breaking parameters. To date, LesCo is the only enterprise in Ukraine whose production facilities and engineering base allow for the manufacture of wall materials in such a format.

• 300 mm Wall Thickness: This is an uncompromising solution for those who value monumentality and energy efficiency. Such thickness provides a natural thermal insulation of the highest level, turning the house into a real "wooden fortress" with a perfect microclimate all year round.

• 270 mm Log Height: The use of a high profile gives the facades a noble, majestic appearance. This is the aesthetics of large forms, typical of elite estates, highlighting the owner's status.

Scale and Resource Strength

To implement this project, the LesCo plant manufactured and supplied over 400 m³ of exclusive wall logs. At the heart of every element is selected high-altitude spruce, which undergoes multi-stage quality control. Thanks to our own preparation and kiln-drying cycles, we guarantee the perfect geometry of every detail, which is especially critical when working with such massive cross-sections as 300x270 mm.
