In the Polish laboratory LABOREX, our timber underwent compression testing, which proved:

  • Safety Margin of Dozens of Tons: The protocol recorded that our beams stably hold loads up to 400 kN. This means that a single section of a wall or beam can withstand a weight of over 40 tons.

  • Monolithic Structure: Tests confirmed that the glue line (we use the Swedish AkzoNobel system) is stronger than the wood itself. Under critical pressure, the wood cracks along the fibers, but the adhesive bond remains intact.

3. Overcoming Shrinkage: ÉMI Protocol (Hungary)

According to the strict European standard EN 14081-1, 40 samples of our products were tested. The key result was an average moisture content of 7.5%.

  • What does this mean for the client? While the market often offers 12-14% moisture, LesCo provides deep kiln-drying. This minimizes house shrinkage. You can begin installing windows and interior finishing immediately after the walls are erected.
