Industrial Scale: Construction of a 1,600 m² Warehouse Using LesCo Glulam Structures

Modern industrial construction requires a combination of speed, durability, and cost-effectiveness. A prime example of such a solution is our recently completed project — a massive warehouse complex with a total area of 1,600 square meters, built using high-performance glued laminated timber (glulam) from the LesCo plant.

Engineering Excellence for Large Areas

Designing structures for such significant areas is always a challenge that requires precision and reliability. For this warehouse, we implemented a system of long-span timber structures that provide maximum usable space:

  • Optimal Strength: The use of GL24h class glulam allowed us to create reliable supports and roof trusses capable of withstanding significant operational loads.

  • Fire Resistance and Durability: Unlike metal, large-section timber structures retain their bearing capacity longer in extreme conditions and are naturally resistant to aggressive environments, which is crucial for industrial storage.

  •

Manufacturing Capabilities of LesCo

The implementation of a 1,600 m² project became possible thanks to our high-tech production line in Kolomyia. We ensured:

  1. Precision Engineering: Every element was manufactured on automated Italian equipment, ensuring perfect geometry for rapid on-site assembly.

  2. Eco-Friendly Protection: We use certified Swedish AkzoNobel adhesive systems, which guarantee structural integrity and environmental safety.

A New Standard for Industrial Facilities

This project proves that timber is the future of industrial architecture. Together with our partners, we have created a facility that combines energy efficiency, aesthetic appeal, and exceptional reliability. Whether it's a warehouse, a logistics hub, or a production hall — LesCo glulam provides the foundation for your business growth.
